Wheat. Purchase conditions
- Wheat of the 4th class must meet the requirements of DSTU 3768:2019 and have the following basic indicators:
- humidity - base 14.0%;
- garbage admixture - base 2.0%, max. 3.0%;
- grain admixture - max. 15.0%, in particular, sprouted grains: base 8.0;
- content of other cultures - max. - 5.0%;
- protein - not limited;
- nature - base 720g/dm3, min. 650g/dm3;
- gluten - not limited;
- seed grain - base 10.0%, max. 20.0%. The selection and formation of samples to determine all indicators is carried out in accordance with DSTU ISO 13690:2003.
- damaged by the turtle bug - base 10.0%, max. 20.0%;
- Rapeseed bases:
- Moist base 8, sor 2, oil at least 43%, glucosinolates 25% (non-GMO), ruvic acid up to 2%.
